Teamworkcenter uses a learning system based on management models created for a better understanding of the contents. The Teamworkcenter’s Learning systems have been developed to optimize the learning time and provide help before, during and after conducting training programs. The Teamworkcenter’s management systems are useful prior to training programs, to allow for a better choice of the training program that best suited to the needs, objectives of the person or the firm. The programs can be focused within areas of action identified in each pedagogical model. The Teamworkcenter’s learning systems are useful for conducting training programs because the symbols and graphics help to enable quick mental understanding and structuring of the concepts presented. The Teamworkcenter’s management systems are useful after conducting training programs, since they are also management systems, very useful to use as a query tool in everyday work. |
